General Hospital Spoilers: Michael & Willow Secret Affair Behind Chases Back Surrender to Des

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) are in need of a little spice. We’ve got two vanilla, caring people who have fallen in love and are making the sacrifice to put their relationship on hold for Harrison Chase’s (Josh Swickard) sake.

That’s a sweet and noble gesture, but where’s the real drama in it if everything goes according to plan? If General Hospital writers stick with this path and don’t throw in a complication or two, then what’s the point?

Chase will wind up with a broken heart at the end of all this, but it’s tough to imagine him holding any kind of grudge. He might even thank Willow for giving him hope unless GH does something to add that spice we mentioned.

Since Willow and Michael are portrayed as such perfect people, why not give them a chance to be a little less than perfect here? It’d be easy to do if Willow and Michael finally couldn’t take it anymore and started surrendering to their feelings again.

When Willow showed up to support Michael after Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) got shot and escape, there were clearly some powerful desires between them. Michael and Willow have been able to fight those desires, but that may not be the case forever.

The longer Chase’s ordeal goes on, the tougher it may be for Willow and Michael to resist temptation.

Peter August (Wes Ramsey) has arranged it so Chase gets temporary relief from his terrible symptoms instead of a real cure. General Hospital spoilers say Peter can stay in control for as long as he wants, so Michael and Willow could be looking at a pretty lengthy stretch without hitting the sheets.

That should become increasingly difficult for the both of them to handle.

Even if Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) is able to develop another cure or if Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) is able to track one down, Chase’s recovery could be a slow one. He may rely on Willow to take care of him as he heads home from GH eventually and fights to get back to his normal life.

At some point between now and then, Michael and Willow might throw out the rulebook. They might decide they simply can’t stay away from each other anymore and start sneaking around behind Chase’s back.

Since General Hospital writers have established that there are some burning desires going on, it makes sense for Willow and Michael to act on them. Perhaps Michael and Willow will end up having a secret affair in the midst of Chase’s struggles.

Since Willow and Michael previously thought it wouldn’t feel right to sneak around behind Chase’s back, this could add a layer of betrayal and bring in some much-needed drama! Do you think Michael and Willow will be able to avoid temptation for much longer?
