Cody Rhodes Addresses Left Eye Concerns Following 12/11 WWE RAW
Cody Rhodes is certainly one of the most beloved stars in WWE right now. Cody’s natural charisma and relatable attitude have made him a fan-favorite in WWE. He gained more favor from fans during RAW this week but suffered at the hands of Shinsuke Nakamura as well.
This week’s episode of Monday Night RAW was action-packed from start to finish in the best way possible. The main event saw Cody Rhodes square off against Shinsuke Nakamura in a solid bout.
Towards the end of the match, Nakamura hit Rhodes with the red mist, forcing the referee to disqualify him. Afterwards, Shinsuke Nakamura continued to beat down on Rhodes until The Creed Brothers came out and made the save.
After Monday Night RAW went off the air, Cody Rhodes cut a promo on the crowd, revealing that he had trouble seeing from his left eye after the mist and will go to the back and get it checked, while The Creed Brothers continued to cheer him on.
”I feel like I can’t see out of my left eye and I got hit by a train. I’m gonna go get it checked.”
With the Royal Rumble just around the corner, we will have to wait and see how WWE will continue to book Cody Rhodes, as fans feel he might win the Royal Rumble match again next year.
